A judge in Indianapolis has taken it upon himself to ignore the First Amendment and interfere with a parent’s right to teach his own children their religion.  How is it possible for a judge this stupid and this narrow minded to remain on the bench?

For this outrageous and unlawful behavior, judge Cale J. Bradford is awarded the coveted title of Ass-Hat of the Week.

For the edification of anyone considering the legal profession, here’s the relevant portion of the Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…
