I may have been too quick in choosing Amnesty International for the Ass-Hat of the Week Award.  In the last few days the Ass-Hats have been coming out of the woodworks in droves.  Their reactions to Saddam’s capture has been amusing, to say the least.  Honorable mentions go to:

1. The European Union, especially France, for somehow thinking they have the right to try Saddam.
2. People at democrats.org for opening their collective mouths and showing how incredibly stupid they really are.
3. Presidential hopeful Howard Dean for proving he doesn’t have a clue when it comes to foreign policy, especially in understanding what breeds terrorists
4. indymedia for sticking their heads in the sand and pretending it never happened.

There are so many more worthy of proper recognition.  If I tried to list them all I would end up writing a book.

On a side note, a big KUDOS to Joe Lieberman for not trying to spin this into something else. He is possibly the only Democratic hopeful who has supported actions against Iraq all along.  I could almost vote for him.
